Thomas-Spann Clinic (TSC) participates in most managed care insurance plans and accepts Private-Fee-For-Service Medicare Plans. This page is meant to be a guide for determining if your medical services health plan is accepted at TSC.
The list below is subject to change and may not include all products for each insurance carrier, so please confirm participation with our office or your insurance carrier prior to your visit.
If your health plan requires a co-payment for office visits, please plan to pay the cashier at time of service.
